FREE PRESENTATION

Whether you are captivated, concerned, or just plain curious about coyotes, it’s important to learn about them from a relevant and credible source. Dr. Chris Mowry, Professor of Biology at Berry College, is part of a group of scientists who have organized a research effort called the Atlanta Coyote Project. The project’s goals include providing the public with general information about the biology and natural history of coyotes, as well as offering strategies for avoiding human/coyote conflict.

In addition, Norcross resident and independent filmmaker Suzan Satterfield, producer of the series “EcoSense for Living” will present her short documentary on urban coyotes (look for scenes shot in Norcross….you might even see some cameos!)

This educational presentation is free and open to the public – all ages welcome. Donations to the Atlanta Coyote Project may be made online at www.atlantacoyoteproject.org.
