Fulton Federation Meeting – Sept 9

Meeting begins to 10:30.

Please inform all the members of your Garden Club or Plant Society of this meeting.  All are welcome to attend!

Please wear your Garden Club name badge, if possible.

The 2024-25 Fulton Federation of Garden Clubs Yearbook/Directory will be given to each club.

The proposed 2024-25 Fulton Federation Budget will be presented for a vote during the meeting.  Copies of this are attached along with the meeting agenda and several treasurer’s reports and minutes.   Note: Downloading the attachments make them easier to read…the columns line up correctly.

If your club will have an special event before our November meeting, please come prepared to share and publicize it.  It is helpful for the Secretary to get something written from those who make announcements.

We will be collecting aluminum pull tabs for Ronald McDonald House.  Please have your Garden Club’s name on the plastic bag or container.

You may want to have some cash with you for raffle tickets, a donation to Penny Pines, and a collection to tip the custodians who help set up the room.
