Annual Spring Plant Sale --Thursday and Friday April 27th-April 28th
Thank you to all who have participated in recent plant digs. We are getting a great variety of plants.

- If you have nursery pots to donate.Gallon size is most needed.
- Need dirt for potting your pass alongs? Text Kathy for dirt location.
- Days and times you are available to help with a plant dig. There are a variety of tasks for each dig: digging, potting, labeling and taking plants for home care.
- If you need help digging in your garden. Or if you need dirt, pots, labels for your pass-along plants.
Keep in mind that we also need house plants, indoor and outdoor decorative pots in good condition, garden tools, yard or garden related items that you would like for your garden.
PLEASE DO NOT drop off any items to the cottage until we let you know that it’s ok. We have cottage rentals prior to the sale and need to keep the cottage inside and out neat and tidy.

Garden Magic on the Mountain, GCG’s 95th Annual Convention April 18-20, 2023
REGISTRATION DEADLINE-MARCH 31, 2023
At Evergreen Lakeside Conference Resort, Stone Mountain, GA
Dogwood District (our district) is hosting. This is a wonderful opportunity to attend the 95th convention without incurring travel expenses. The registration fee for Tuesday or Wednesday is $30 and includes the afternoon workshops and access to the Vendors and Exhibits. If you wish to attend a luncheon or dinner, see registration form for cost. Parking fee is $20 per car. Consider carpooling to reduce this cost.
The Garden Club of Georgia’s (GCG) website has been updated and has a new link: https://gardenclubofgeorgia.org/ There is a downloadable registration form for the convention and specific convention details. Garden Gateways, Spring Edition, p.15-19 also has complete convention details.

Our chairmen are working extra hard to make sure this year’s Convention is the best ever: Great speakers at the meals - Fantastic presentations at the afternoon workshops - Interesting Vendors for your shopping pleasure - Raffle Baskets galore! District Officers will be installed on Tuesday during the cocktail hour. Awards Banquet is Wednesday night when we honor all the many accomplishments of our hard-working clubs. Johns Creek Secret Gardens Tour-May 6th -Volunteers Needed and Tour Information
Johns Creek is holding their Secret Gardens Tour on May 6, 2023. NGC Member, Beth Strickland, is the volunteer co-coordinator for the Johns Creek Garden Tour. The tour is looking for individuals (ages 18 years and older) to volunteer. All volunteers will receive a complimentary pass for the tour (value: $35), so that they can also enjoy the garden tour during the hours before and/or after their shift.
