We have an immediate need to form a Cottage Rental Committee. Training will be provided.
1) We need a committee chair and co-chair to manage the rentals. Responsibilities include:
· maintain cottage rental calendar to avoid conflicts with club meetings and other rentals.
· meet with prospective renters and collect completed paperwork.
· review rental agreement with renter and give instructions for payment of deposit and rental fee.
· advise Sue Wyatt (treasurer) of rental so she can monitor and track payments.
2) We also need a rotating team** to assist with:
· showing the cottage,
· setup of the cottage for each rental (table and chair placement),
· and check out when the rental is finished.
**If you have previously volunteered to help in this capacity, please re-confirm your availability to Kathy Sumner. Training will be available for all roles. PLEASE consider joining our cottage rental committee. (Kathy: 678.357.8684)
